Looper Insurance Agency Limited (Looper, we, us) is a licensed insurance agency authorised by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (licence GA1034). We act as agent of the insurer and arrange general insurance on their behalf.

Any premium shown on this website is an indicative estimate generated from the information you provide. It is not a binding quotation, an offer of insurance, or confirmation of cover. Final premium, terms and acceptance are subject to underwriting and the insurer policy wording.

3. How cover takes effect / 保障何時生效

No cover is in force until your application is reviewed and approved by a licensed Technical Representative and the insurer, the premium is arranged, and a policy or cover note is issued. Submitting details or making payment does not by itself create cover.

4. Your responsibilities / 你的責任

You must provide complete and accurate information and disclose all material facts. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your quote, your cover, or a future claim.

5. Eligibility and scope / 適用範圍

Instant indicative quotes apply to eligible indoor events within the stated category limits. Outdoor events, events exceeding category limits, aggravating risks and certain activities require manual underwriting or are not eligible.

6. Premiums, levies and payment / 保費、徵費及付款

Premiums are stated in Hong Kong Dollars and include the Insurance Authority levy where applicable. Payment terms are advised at the time of binding.

7. Cancellation and refunds / 取消及退款

Cancellation and any refund are subject to the insurer policy wording and applicable cooling-off rights. Contact us to request changes or cancellation.

8. Claims / 索償

Claims are handled in accordance with the policy terms and the insurer requirements. Please notify us as soon as possible after an incident.

9. Intellectual property / 知識產權

All content on this website belongs to Looper or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
