1. Purposes of collection / 收集目的

We collect your personal data to prepare quotations; to process your application and to arrange, issue, renew, change or cancel your insurance; to pass your application to the insurer for underwriting and policy issue; to handle claims; to collect premiums and keep our accounts; to contact you about your quotation, policy or claim; to verify your identity; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those under the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41) and anti-money laundering requirements.

我們收集你的個人資料，用於提供報價；處理你的投保申請，以及安排、簽發、續保、批改或取消保單；將申請轉交保險公司作核保及簽發保單；處理索償；收取保費及記賬；就報價、保單或索償與你聯絡；核實你的身份；以及履行法律及監管責任，包括《保險業條例》（第41章）及打擊洗錢的相關規定。

2. Personal data we collect / 收集的資料

Depending on the product, this may include your name, identity card or passport number, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number and email address; images of identity documents you upload; details of what you want to insure, such as your home, trip, vehicle, event or domestic helper; your insurance and claims history; payment details; and personal data of other people you ask us to insure, such as family members, travelling companions, named drivers or your domestic helper.

視乎產品，資料可能包括你的姓名、身份證或護照號碼、出生日期、性別、地址、電話及電郵；你上載的身份證明文件影像；投保標的詳情，例如住所、旅程、車輛、活動或家傭資料；你的投保及索償紀錄；付款資料；以及你要求我們一併投保的其他人士的個人資料，例如家人、同行旅客、記名司機或家傭。

3. Providing data is voluntary / 提供資料屬自願

You are not obliged to provide your personal data. Fields marked as required are needed to process your quotation or application; if you do not provide them, we may be unable to quote, arrange insurance or handle your claim. If you give us personal data about another person, please make sure that person has agreed and has seen this statement.

你並無責任提供個人資料。表格內註明必須填寫的資料，是處理報價或投保申請所必需的；如未能提供，我們可能無法為你報價、安排保險或處理索償。如你向我們提供其他人士的個人資料，請確保對方已同意並已閱讀本聲明。

4. Who we may transfer data to / 資料轉交對象

For the purposes above, we may transfer your personal data to insurers and reinsurers; loss adjusters, surveyors, medical providers, repairers and others involved in handling claims; our service providers for cloud storage, online forms, identity-document processing, email, messaging, payment and professional services, who must keep it confidential; any person to whom our business is transferred; and the Insurance Authority, courts, law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires. Some of these parties, and the systems they use, are located outside Hong Kong.

為上述目的，我們可能將你的個人資料轉交保險公司及再保險公司；公證行、驗損人員、醫療機構、維修商及其他參與處理索償的人士；為我們提供雲端儲存、網上表格、身份證明文件處理、電郵、通訊、付款及專業服務的服務供應商（他們須對資料保密）；承讓本公司業務的人士；以及在法律要求下轉交保險業監管局、法院、執法或其他機構。部分上述機構及其使用的系統位於香港境外。

5. Direct marketing / 直接促銷

We intend to use your name, telephone number, email address and WhatsApp number to send you information, offers and promotions about general insurance products and services arranged by Looper. We will not do so without your consent, and we will not provide your personal data to any other person for their direct marketing. You can give consent by ticking the marketing box on our forms, by emailing cs@looperin.com or by sending a WhatsApp message to 2633 6813. You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, in the same way.

我們擬使用你的姓名、電話、電郵及 WhatsApp 號碼，向你發送由 Looper 安排的一般保險產品及服務的資訊、優惠及推廣。未得你同意，我們不會作此用途，亦不會將你的個人資料提供予任何其他人作直接促銷。你可於表格內剔選推廣資訊方格、電郵至 cs@looperin.com 或 WhatsApp 2633 6813 表示同意，並可隨時以相同方式撤回同意，費用全免。

6. Retention / 保留期限

If you save an application without submitting it, the saved copy is deleted after its link expires at 7 days. Quotation requests and applications that do not proceed, and policy and claim records, are kept for seven years from the request or from the end of the policy or claim, whichever is later, unless the law requires a longer period, and are then securely destroyed.

未提交的已儲存投保申請，會於連結 7 日到期後刪除。未有繼續進行的報價要求及投保申請，以及保單及索償紀錄，會由提出要求之日或保單、索償完結之日起計（以較後者為準）保留七年，如法律要求則保留更長時間，其後會安全銷毀。

7. Access and correction / 查閱及更正

You have the right to ask whether we hold your personal data, to request a copy of it and to ask us to correct it. We will respond within 40 days of receiving your request. We may charge a fee that is not excessive for a data access request; correction requests are free.

你有權查詢我們是否持有你的個人資料、索取該資料的副本及要求更正。我們會於收到要求後 40 日內回覆。處理查閱資料要求時，我們可收取不超乎適度的費用；更正資料要求不收費。
